When can I expect my products to be delivered?
Place your order before 2.00pm UK time and you will receive your delivery the next working day - 98% of customers receive their delivery between 8am and 6pm the next working day. Our staff continue to pack orders right up until the lorry arrives so, if it's urgent, it's always worth asking if we may be able to squeeze another delivery in.
Orders made on the weekend or on Bank Holidays will be sent out Monday or the next working day
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
It may be possible so please ask. We only deliver fire extinguishers to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales, Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Wight, and Isle of Man
Unfortunately, due to changes in excise and regulation, we're currently unable to deliver orders to Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland as standard. However, please do contact us for a quote.
What happens if I order a lot of products?
Large orders may, due to weight limits, require the use of a pallet service. However, the delivery will still be a next day service to the UK Mainland and there will be no additional cost to you. And don't worry, the delivery lorry will have an automatic tail-lift if you don't have a forklift truck
Do you have a minimum order value?
Yes, it is set at £10.00 + vat
Is it possible to collect in person?
Of course. Please call and we can discuss the details.
What happens if my order does not arrive when it should?
If your order has not arrived by 5.30pm on the due delivery day, please call us with your details and order number so that we can do everything we can to track it down. As you can imagine, the reason we use our particular carrier service is due to their efficiency. But, despite modern computerised tracking, an occasional item will go astray. If this happens, we have have it found or send a replacement, whichever is the quicker
