BR Heat Detector

The High Fixed Temperature Heat Detector is type B and suitable for extreme heat environments with an activation range between 69°C and 85°C. Unaffected by rapid temperature fluctuations, steam, dust, and fumes, and with its higher activation point, this ensures the likelihood of false alarms is reduced. When installed along with smoke alarms where suitable, you’ll have a reliable fire alarm system.

With two ultra-bright LED indicating strips, on either side of the detector unit, it is able to provide 360° visibility so they can be seen from any entrance to a room. Part of C-TEC’s ActiV range of detectors which are produced in the UK, the smoke detector is EN54-5 certified and IP42 rated and can be installed as part of any conventional fire alarm system.

This needs installing with a suitable detector base (sold separately).
