Apollo Series 65 Heat A1R Detector

The Apollo Series 65 Heat A1R Detector monitors temperatures using exposed and insulated thermistors. Should the resistance of one drop, as it would with a rapid temperature increase, it will trigger the alarms.

You can place this rate-of-rise detector in dusty or smoky environments. That’s because it’s suitable for use in places smoke detectors are not.

To create a reliable fire alarm system, consider using a mixture of different sensors. The casing is similar to that of the Apollo Smoke Detectors, which means you can still consider the aesthetics of your premises.
