Apollo Series 65 CS Heat Detector

The Apollo Series 65 CS Heat Detector uses an exposed thermistor to monitor temperature increases. It compares this to another thermistor insulated inside the detector. Should the temperature increase rapidly, they will then trigger an alarm.

Place this static heat detector where a smoke detector cannot go. Such places include areas which are dusty or smoky.

To create a reliable fire alarm system, consider using a mixture of different sensors. The casing is similar to that of the Apollo Smoke Detectors, which means you can still consider the aesthetics of your premises.
