Double-sided fire exit signs are designed to indicate fire exits from within a room, rather than be fixed flat over the actual fire exit door itself. The principle is simple; whichever side of the sign you see, it points you in the right direction!

Our range of robust, photoluminescent double-sided fire exit signs are perfect for hanging from ceilings, whether original or suspended. Your fire exit signs should be fixed above head and machinery height, and at points where the maximum number of people in your premises can see it at any one time. Double sided fire exit signs are particularly useful in open-plan offices, where wall space is limited, and desks may be divided by low partitions or similar.

Fixing your double sided fire exit signs to the ceiling is easy with our sign hanging kit. Two types of clips are provided, one set to clip into any suspended ceiling grid, or one pair to stick onto any flat surface. (Textured ceilings may require extra adhesive or fittings.) The double-sided fire exit sign is then hung from two metal spring hooks.

Three sizes of double-sided fire exit signs signs are available; - size T (340mm x 120mm) for offices, visible up to 17 metres - size K (400mm x 150mm) for larger offices or warehouses, visible up to 22 metres size J (450mm x 200mm) suitable for shopping centres, exhibitions, etc, visible up to 30 metres
